"We find beauty not in the thing itself but in the patterns of shadows, the light and the darkness, that one thing against another creates." — Jun'ichirō Tanizaki

Light is not merely for illumination. It can change the lines and the quality of a space, having the almost magical power to sculpt infinite forms from an object. Be it an unremarkable corner or the distant end of a hallway, a space with the right touch of light is visually transformed into a unique landscape.

Lumiji begins with 'lumi', implying luminance, and culminates with 'ji', the Chinese word for good fortune. Lumiji's two cofounders, brought together by a love for light, work to apply light to bring out the best in architecture, creating spaces that are pleasing, effective and functional.

Though intangible, light has the capacity to produce different effects when interacting with various materials through the use of luminosity, hue and temperature. The Lumiji team employs keen aesthetic and creative senses as well as years of invaluable professional experience to harness these variables in their mission to help developers craft singular spaces, letting you discover a space's as yet uncaptured warmth and angles.
